The cuts will not be optional. We equally divide the whole cow into ¼
The estimated final price is between $750.00 to $900.00
The estimated final weight is between 125 lbs to 150 lbs.
*A deposit of $200 is required for a ¼ cow
Once we receive the hanging wt., we will invoice you the balance less the deposit. You will be contacted to arrange pick up in a couple of weeks after it has been aged and cut.
